Back in China, Yuan managed Chinese social media for a popular Italian restaurant, watching the right content turn attention into customers through the door.

Three years as cabin crew with British Airways refined her sense of service and presentation, followed by managing a large meditation campus in the UK — hospitality at scale, built on trust and consistency.

That mix of digital marketing, international service, and people-centered operations is the backbone of how RedBridge bridges language, expectation, and decision-making on RED (Xiaohongshu).

Lucas brings the operational and commercial backbone to RedBridge. His work spans international business development, client strategy, and building the systems that turn creative campaigns into measurable bookings.

Originally from Argentina, he crossed continents for both love and purpose — the husband, the partner, the operator — translating Yuan's cultural fluency into accountable outcomes for hospitality clients.

Together they split time between Chengdu and Phuket, working where their clients and their travelers live.
